As an artist, one of the hardest parts of this work is finding words to describe who I am and what I do, since it feels both ever-evolving and wordless.
I like to think of myself as a creator of experiences and a guide through the messy, beautiful process of self-discovery. It’s a world I’ve been immersed in since I was a small child. Art has always been a way to make sense of myself and the world around me and to tap into something deeper than words can express. When I found yoga nidra and meditation, I discovered how the mysteries of the creative process are part of this same inner space. The depth of our human experience is vast and beautiful, and my work is about exploring that space more fully each day, and helping others do the same.
So that’s what I do. I make art and meditations, and I guide others to experience the beautiful places within themselves.
